Online Payments

We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards, and Paypal, via a secure server. The security of our customer data is paramount; our website is secure and complies with all guidelines.

Currency

All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£ or GBP). Payment is made in pounds sterling. Your credit card provider will automatically make the exchange for you, billing you in your own currency.

Duties and Local Taxes

VAT is charged on all products at the current rate of 20% for any orders shipped within the UK and Europe. VAT will not be charged on items shipped to the US and countries outside of the EU. Customers in countries outside the UK, should local taxes or duties be due, will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country.

Shipping/Carriage

We charge £3 P&P on any order, however large or small. With bulky packages, or orders to the value of £70+, we use sign-for services (Royal Mail, DHL etc). 

For parcels to Europe: £6

For parcels beyond Europe: £8

Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds

Should goods be damaged on receipt, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers.

Please notify us, by email, post or telephone, within seven days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.

On those occasions where a product needs to be returned, Claritystamp will refund any postage charges incurred. In the case of large/bulky items, we may arrange collection.

Out of Stock

Should an item you have ordered be out of stock at the time you place your order, we will either send on the rest of the order and send the balance as soon as it comes in, or, should this take longer than 5 days, we will contact you and advise you of the situation. Then you can decide whether you want to wait, cancel or pick an alternative.

Confidentiality

We keep your personal information private and secure. We never pass your information on to any other third party.

Complaints

We endeavour to provide the highest and friendliest level of customer service. If something should go wrong, please don't hesitate to contact barbara@claritystamp.co.uk. Give us the opportunity to correct the issue.  If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to rectify the situation.
